USPS Express Mail takes on average 1-2 business days. All LIVAD customers are given options for both Priority and Express Mail. If you would like to use an alternate shipping carrier, please notify LIVAD directly at 888-311-9833.


Shipping Rules and Restrictions

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us through the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international shipping options.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We are able ship products anywhere in the United States. If you would like your product shipped with an alternate shipping carrier (other than options given), please notify LIVAD directly.

When your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. You will also be updated via email on the continued status of your order and when shipped.
